Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
That depends on the treatment. You will need instructions specific to the work planned for your property. Tell us about children, pets, aquariums and any relevant sensitivities before your appointment.
Can I book an urgent visit?
Send a request to discuss your situation and current appointment availability. An online request is not a confirmed appointment.
Is there a warranty?
Orbit offers a 90-day service guarantee. Your written service agreement confirms the covered pest, follow-up arrangements and conditions.
What should I include in a quote request?
Include the pest or signs you have noticed, your community, your property type and a phone number. A photo can help if it can be taken safely.
